As a mom of two, a former professional ballroom dancer, and a critical care registered nurse, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life. I create workouts, workout programs and dance tutorials designed to elevate your physique and help you feel confident inside and out. My workout programs consistent of strength training, pilates, dance and cardio.

For over 11 years, I’ve worked as a registered nurse, gaining a deep understanding of the human body. Alongside my medical knowledge, I’ve spent years working out both at home and in the gym, learning how to design efficient and effective workouts that work for women like you.
But it wasn’t just my career that shaped my approach to fitness—it was my passion for movement. As a professional ballroom dancer, I competed internationally and ranked in the top 52 at the prestigious Blackpool Latin Dance Festival. That experience taught me discipline, consistency, and work ethic—values I swear by when it comes to achieving success in your fitness journey.
After having kids, I realized how much I missed feeling strong and fit. I decided to take control of my own fitness journey, focusing on building lean muscle and regaining my confidence. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.
