Welcome to the Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia community! This 4-week Beginner Dancey Workout Program is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a light, fun workout to get moving. By combining strength training with dance and pilates, you will:
Build lean, strong muscles through targeted strength and dance exercises
Burn calories to support weight loss and boost metabolism
Boost cardiovascular health and stamina through cardio and dance routines
Energize your body and feel more confident with every movement
Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.
Schedule: Work out 5 days a week, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.
Structure: Start with strength training, followed by a fun dance or cardio session on some days, and finish with a relaxing stretch.
