Beginner Dance Workout Program to

Welcome to the Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia community! This 4-week Beginner Dancey Workout Program is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a light, fun workout to get moving. By combining strength training with dance and pilates, you will:

  • Build lean, strong muscles through targeted strength and dance exercises

  • Burn calories to support weight loss and boost metabolism

  • Boost cardiovascular health and stamina through cardio and dance routines

  • Energize your body and feel more confident with every movement

Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.

Schedule: Work out 5 days a week, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.

Structure: Start with strength training, followed by a fun dance or cardio session on some days, and finish with a relaxing stretch.

Motivation: Stay consistent—discipline over motivation! Let’s build strength, burn calories, and feel unstoppable together!
