Full Body Shred Workout Program
Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia! Congratulations on joining the 4-Week Full Body Shred Program! This medium-intensity program combines strength training and Pilates to help you:
Tone and sculpt lean muscles
Burn calories for a healthier body
Boost endorphins and elevate your mood
Improve stamina and flexibility
Schedule: We work out Monday-Friday and rest on Saturday & Sunday (with an active walk or stretch).
Structure: Start with strength training or Pilates, transition to a full-body workout, and finish with an energizing stretch.
Quick Tip: Add a 3-5 minute warm-up stretch before your workout and finish with a longer recovery stretch to keep your muscles flexible and strong.
Motivation: Discipline over motivation! Stay consistent, trust the process, and watch your hard work transform your body and mind!
