Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia! Congratulations to starting this Beginner-friendly, 4-week Sculpt & Tone Legs program. It is designed to help you lose weight, sculpt lean muscle, and boost your energy. By combining strength training with pilates workouts, you will:
Sculpt and tone your legs with targeted strength and pilates exercises.
Define your thighs, hamstrings, and calves through muscle-building routines.
Improve leg strength for better endurance and mobility.
Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.
Schedule: Work out Monday-Friday, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.
Structure: Each session includes strength training, followed up with cardio on some days and finishes with a relaxing stretch.
Motivation: Stay consistent—discipline over motivation! Let’s build stronger, more sculpted legs and feel unstoppable with every step!
