How to Get Sculpt & Toned Legs
Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia & Congratulations to starting Get Sculpt & Toned Legs Workout Program! It is designed to:
Get lean feminine legs with targeted strength & pilates exercises.
Improve leg strength for better endurance and mobility.
Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.
Schedule: We work out Monday-Friday, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.
Structure: Each session includes strength training, and or pilates, followed up with cardio on some days and finishes with a relaxing stretch.
Motivation: Stay consistent—discipline over motivation! Let’s build stronger, more sculpted legs and feel unstoppable with every step!

Workouts are all on-demand, which means that you can follow them anytime.
