Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia! Congratulations on joining the 4-Week Medium Dancey Workout Program! This program combines strength, Pilates, and dance to help you:
Sculpt lean, toned muscles
Burn calories to support weight loss
Improve cardiovascular health
Feel confident and unstoppable
Schedule: we workout Monday-Friday and active rest (with or without walk or stretching) on Saturday & Sunday
Structure: We start with strength or Pilates, groove into a fun dance or cardio routine, and finish with an energizing stretch.
Quick Tip:
For maximum fat burn, always end your workout with the dance or cardio session and follow up with a stretch to keep your body strong and flexible!
