Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia and congratulations on starting the 4-Week Pilates Full Body Tone & Sculpt Program! I’m so excited to have you here. This program is designed to:

  • Build lean, toned muscles

  • Improve your flexibility and posture

  • Burn calories and boost your energy

Schedule: We workout on Monday-Friday and rest on Saturday & Sunday (enjoy a mindful walk or a relaxing stretch)

Daily Routine: Start with the workout sessions for the day and finish with an energizing stretch

Quick Tip: Begin each session with a 3–5 minute warm-up stretch and end with a longer recovery stretch to feel amazing.
