Schedule & Structure:
Workout Monday-Friday, with active recovery (stretch or walk) on the weekends. Each session includes strength or Pilates, a full-body workout, and a stretch.
Quick Tip:
Add a 3-5 minute warm-up and finish with a longer recovery stretch.
