Welcome to Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia! Congratulations on joining the 4-Week Flat Stomach & Strong Core Program! This program is medium level and using a combination of strength training and Pilates, this program is designed to help you:

  • Sculpt a lean toned belly

  • Strengthen your core for improved stability

  • Develop the 11 Line AB look

  • Burn calories

  • Enhance posture and flexibility

Schedule: We workout on Monday-Friday and rest on Saturday & Sunday (with active walk or stretch)

Structure:
Start with strength training or Pilates, followed by a full-body workout, and finish with an energizing stretch.

Quick Tip:
Add a 3-5 minute warm-up stretch before your workout and finish with a longer recovery stretch to keep your muscles flexible and strong.
